2.4. Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us at your expense, using a reliable and trackable shipping method. We recommend obtaining shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.

3. Inspection and Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria stated in Section 1. If the returned item(s) are in acceptable condition, we will proceed with the refund process.

Note that paint brushes must be unused to be eligible for a replacement or refund for damage.

5. Replacement Policy: We do not replace items due to wear and tear. Replacements are only available for items with manufacturing defects, which must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team with proof of the defect and your original purchase receipt. Please note that our customer support team reserves the discretion to determine whether a replacement is warranted.
